One word, FANTASTIC. I had to have my electrical panel upgraded and the condo management company recommend Mike. I read the reviews here and called and l they were all true. From speaking with Mike who explained the process to John doing the actual installation all was great. John was a gem, professional, courteous and very neat. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.

Empire reaponded to my telephone call immediately....they set up an appointment for service and showed up right on time. They contacted me after the service call to make sure everything was satisfactory. They appreciated that I was a repeat customer. Empire is overall very professional and reliable. I would absolutely use Empire again in the future.

I hired Empire Electrical for my kitchen renovation (under & above cabinet lighting, island toe-kick lights, hanging pendants, recessed hi-hats), as well as my dining room chandelier, bedroom fans, and smart switches that I can control from my phone. The workers were prompt, professional, did an excellent, beautiful job with everything, and did not leave a mess when they were done. The owner Michael was also very helpful with suggesting the type of lights & dimmers I should use. I would definitely use these guys again!!!
