Timely (NEVER LATE) and super patient. They are detail oriented, quality driven, and very knowledgeable. I simply could not be happier with the current results and while my budget was not huge my results ARE!!

After rave reviews from Michael's references, I hired him to do our basement. If you need a contractor, and you are lucky enough to find out about him, hire him. He is an architect with great aesthetics, who came in at the same price as other regular contractors with no degree and he tossed in more to the package. He is 100% reliable as is his team. The are lovely, fast, professional and the job turned out on time and within budget. It's so gorgeous that my husband and I are ecstatic. Garage Framing - Excellent work and efficient

We are about 2 months into my very extensive remodel and I am ASTOUNDED! Mike Cioffi is amazing and if ratings above "very good" were available I would definitely rate him "outstanding" plus. He never fails to get back to me within minutes after I've called him, the workmanship is terrific and he really stays within my budget. He is making this remodel the most pleasant and exciting experience!!!

mike was very professional from the first phone call to the last. the job started when he promised and he was onsite to make sure it was started the right way. I would recommend anyone to Mike...American Home and Design...He presents works that he has done in the past along with contact numbers for references...Many of the other companies listed only had plans...that were in the works..no completed projects or little if any references. So by far American Home and Design was professional and presented what they can do for you...

Both Mike and his project manager (also named Mike) are very very nice, honest people to deal with and I would certainly use them again.

Mike is a very good communicator we have not started do to the town but its all approved now so in two weeks I will tell you more but we are real happy. I will complete when the job is finished.
