Wayne called back within a matter of hours. He came that night to look at the problem and discuss what needed to be done. He said he would come the next day with his equipment to determine what he would need to do to solve our huge water problem and return that night with an estimate and a contract if we decided to hire his company. After speaking with Wayne it didn't take long to decide to hire his company to do the job. We signed the contract, gave him half of the final cost for a desposit and agreed the job would start the following Monday morning (we were lucky because they had a break from the current job they were doing and were able to fit us in). The guys showed up bright and early Monday morning as promised! They worked very hard all day, every day, They dug up the muck, put in stone, laid pipes, laid more stone, installed a dry well and did all the things necessary to solve our water problem; they took down three dead tress, removed the wood and debris from the trees, fixed the area surrounding our putting green, brought in additional top soil and stone we requested. By Friday they were ready to seed the area. We asked Wayne if we could wait until the following Monday as we were heading out of town for the weekend and wouldn't be able to water. "No problem", was Wayne's response. This was his response to all our requests during the job.
Wayne, his guys (two of which were his sons) were absolutely terrific, with a great work ethic...so rare these days....extremely professional, pleasant and so very importantly, trustworthy! They did a great job, at a very fair price. He was the 3rd excavator we hired to fix the problem. The first one made a bigger mess, the next wone did some good work but never returned to finish the job (among other problems). Wyane, came when he said he would, finish what he said he would do and charged what he said he would charge! Isn't that like batting a 1,000!
They did a fantastic job. Not only would we recommend them, we asked Wayne to re-do our driveway this year.
