"First of all, I am very sorry that you feel this way despite the fact that all of the things you mentioned are untrue. The granite that you say still needs to be put in was purchased by you through Consumers Kitchen and Baths and they are the installers. So I have nothing to do with the granite. Secondly, you are stating that I refuse to come back which is also completely false. We were waiting 2 weeks for the granite to be installed with the understanding that I would come back and complete all the finishing work (all the things that we spoke about including any issues that you might have). I had every intention of coming back. During this 2 week period, I went out of the country and now you are saying that I refuse to come back since I did not respond to you until I got home even though the granite is still not installed. This customer also happens to owe me more than 50% of the job total and told me today that she doesn't want me to come back and finish the job."
