+ -1 moreIt didn't! While communication was good at the onset and an onsite evaluation was done, after several texts the communication stopped. We last heard back in October 2018 that the delay was due to a family issue, and that an invoice would be provided the next day and that we would be put on the calendar. Unfortunately, we have heard nothing since.
