All Hours Energy

Moved into a new home and installed this NCB-240 Combi Boiler because it was supposed to give me unlimited hot water and heating and reduce my bills.... So far it's given me a TON of problems. I went through 3 other plumbers before settling with All Hours Energy as my main service provider. Their pricing is VERY REASONABLE, and Juan Carlo knows the machines and is very helpful. Though i'm not a fan of this boiler, glad I was able to find All hours energy technician to actually help me fix some of the issues. I've reached out to All Hours Energy 2x to fix issues with my air vent within the machine, both times they came out quickly, replaced the part for me, charged me their hourly rate and was on their way. Navien on the other hand, frustrating as heck... i called them a 2nd time to get a new air vent for replacement, but they wouldn't send to me because i'm not a technician, so I had to call All hours to come out and replace the air vent which I knew was giving me issues (which I could have done myself).

Jon and the All Hours Energy team are first rate.  My first experience with them was right after Superstorm Sandy, where they managed to get my gas boiler and hot water heater working, to hold us over until we could get insurance money to replace the equipment.  When the time came to actually replace the equipment, they were responsive and reasonably priced - no storm gouging here!  Super neat and professional.  I called All Hours again to install a single mini-split A/C about a year later, and again the service was top-notch (on time, clean, professional, thorough).  Most recently, I called them to inquire about central A/C, as I was doing a major renovation.  After detailed explanations of all options and costs, we decided to instead go with the multiple mini-split option.  Running the required lines was not easy, but they made it look so, and we couldn't be happier.  They even registered the equipment for the warranties, to ensure that I was covered.  These guys are great, and wholeheartedly recommended for all your HVAC needs.
