Van Thof's Automotive & Radiator Service

Inspection was scheduled.  An all day timeframe was reserved given that we knew the car needed tires and possibly other work.  Jim, the owner, called the day of the service to review the tire options and our typical methods of driving.  (ie. all weather needed? are you a hard driver?, etc) Jim provided great recommendations.  Recommended an alignment given the condition of the old tires. Jim kept us informed on the status of the inspection and when to pick up the car. 
Jim was pleasant to work with, When the car was picked up, all of the work was reviewed with us, and the tire warranty was provided. Jim encouraged us to rotate the tires more often ( we slacked off on this) to maintain better wear on the new tires.
