 + -1 moreServpro was great to work with, very professional and courteous. My basement flooded with about 1-2 inches of water. It is mostly finished with carpeting throughout. They moved tons of furniture, toys, tools, equipment, shelving, etc., to remove the carpet/pad and dry the floors. Even after quoting the entire job, I did some of the manual labor myself and they happily adjusted the price to exclude those portions.
Description of Work: Servpro moved furniture, removed wet carpet and pad, then dried everything with fans and dehumidifiers. They also applied anti-microbial spray to all floors.

 + -1 moreAppreciated quick response with initial evaluation just 2 hours after reporting and then setting up dehumidifiers within 6 hours of the call. The guys were great, cleaned up after themselves and noticed other damaged areas needing remediation which I missed initially as focused on getting up wet carpet. They dealt directly with our insurance agency which was very helpful. Hopefully won't need their services again but happy to recommend to anyone who finds themselves in similar predicament.
Description of Work: Insurance claim for water leak (broken pump). Hauled out wet carpet, set up powerful dehumidifiers on wood floors and carpeted basement, replaced carpet, replaced water soaked/warped wood of cabinet were leak originated, and finally steam cleaned entire carpeted area.
