Although the pricing was decent and the wood seems to be at least the quality of, and probably better than, the local Lowe's and Home Depot, the delivery was hours earlier than expected and the wood was not cut as requested. Per the latter, I was told later that having it cut would've been extra, but this was not mentioned during the purchase. The salesman also mentioned that he did not know that I wanted the wood cut though I had thought it was clear during the purchase that I did. Overall, because it's difficult to find good wood and theirs did seem to be better than some that I purchased subsequently from Lowe's and Home Depot, I would probably use them again, but it's more a matter of the competition being worse than their excellence.
