Hard to get them to return calls or return a product . Had them install indoor pool & hot tub. Hot tub cover disintegrated & fell into hot tub within 3-4 years. Horrible ! Go with another company ! They are awful .

Their work in general seemed very professional. As far as I can tell the lining looks very good, as do the steps and as does the cover. One thing that worries me is that they removed the padding that was behind the old liner. They said it was sagging, it would have to be replaced, but no one installs padding anymore. So they put the liner over the bare metal walls. I hope they were telling me the truth. I can tell the difference when I touch the walls, but it's no big deal so far.
My main complaint is delays. We paid our deposit in May and were told that the liner would be put in by mid-June, but it was not done until late July. When we called in early July they said they were just putting the order in. Backing up a bit, when technicians came out to measure things and find out where the steps were to go, the talk was very casual. However, they and we did agree on where to put the steps. Not hearing anything for a couple of weeks we called, and discovered they were about to order the liner with the steps in the wrong place. We caught them just in time, but as I said, the order was still apparently not put in for a few more weeks after that.
One unfortunate by-product of the delay was that we had to deal with a pool half-full of dirty water full of algae, mosquitos, and tadpoles during the hottest part of the summer. We were told not to completely empty the pool to prevent the walls from caving in.
The cover did not take as long, but it was still a week later than we were told it would be, long after we paid our deposit. For example, first we were told that an additional measurement would not be necessary, but then someone came anyway several days later.
I want to emphasize again that the technical work done was very good, as far as I can tell. I am not so frustrated with them that I would not use them again. I have not found any pool repair person who is truly reliable in the way I'd like! I will just be wary of any dealings I may have with their service department personnel. Their store people and on-site technical people seem fine.

Pettis was very helpful from start to finish. From the initial purchase of the pool and hot tub, they worked with us to custom install the pool and tub. Every person we interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with our many questions. They were willing to collaborate with other professionals working with us, including a contractor and landscaper, to ensure our project was completed to its highest quality. Pettis remains willing to answer any questions or make visits to ensure we are satisfied.

They definitely were the best, very professional. They were on-time. Each time I have a problem they show up. I had a problem with a filter, and they fixed it the next day. The salesman even came here and show me the cover of where the pool would lay. I think they're all long-term employees and they send the same guys out and they take care of everything. They really were good. They remember you by name too. Like, as soon as I say who I am, they're like, "Oh, hi, Mike, how are you?" and they remember, I'm surprised, with all they do. They're like a family, the bunch of them that work together for years, and some of them are family. And one of the owners was here while they were building the pool, to make sure things were going right. The pool they built is beautiful.

The pump to my indoor pool was making a loud noise. I called on a weekend and left a message. They called back early Monday morning and agreed to come to the house to look at it. They were supposed to come Tuesday morning, but their first service job took longer than expected, so they called and offered to come in the afternoon or reschedule. They came back first thing Wednesday monring. They listened to it, thought they knew what the problem was, removed it and took it back to their shop. They called two days later and said it was the seal and ball bearings (they were right). It cost $40 to fix it and $50 to have it reinstalled (which they told me upfront). There was no charge for the initial visit. Pump is working well, quieter than ever. I would definitely recommend them.

Good selection, prompt delivery when promised. They do not do electrical hook up, but leave for customer to arrange. They supply brochure of contractor that does most of their work. Even though delivery and installation of tub is included with price, electrical work is not. Ours added an additional $550, which seemed pricey since all the wires were there from the last hot tub. A new breaker and outside box needed to be replaced.
