I'm a "weekend warrior" who consistently exercises throughout the week and often aims for a long run or ride of some kind on the weekend. After being sidelined due to what I thought was some chronic low back pain, I began trying everything I could think of; chiropractic care, yoga, massage therapy, and a visit to the MD. I was getting desperate and nearly ready to give up until I found an answer to my prayer, PT with Andrew from Peak Performance. Shortly after assessing me, he quickly diagnosed the root cause of my problems and put me to work with some focused stretching and strength building exercises. I was back in action in no time and was able to recently complete a 50k Mountain Bike Race.

I am still going to this carer and am having a good experience. The therapist is diligen and caring, and has given me sets of exercises. I am hoping that physical therapy will continue to leseen my pain.

Everything worked out well with them. When you have knee surgery, it's really important for therapy and the work you put in yourself.
