 + -1 moreIn terms of customer service, they are very good - punctual, professional, pleasant, responsive to questions, attentive to the details such as schedule. Two quality complaints. They sprayed undercoating or something gray on the tire next to the damage - a shocking error it seems to me, completely preventable. And the very edge of the door has places with no paint on it. I plan to visit them to discuss these 2 issues. Would I go back? We'll see depending on how the discussion goes.

 + -1 moreThe car was towed away on a Monday and we picked it up the following Monday. This time included the front-end steering inspection and alignment, otherwise it would have been ready Friday. The office staff was fast to answer the phone and answer my questions. We are very fussy about our cars. The body gaps are perfectly aligned and the paint finish and color match are flawless. In addition, the car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. This was our first experience with this facility and we highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Collision repair on my daughter's Honda Civic. The left front fender, headlight assembly and front bumper cover and front grill were replaced and painted to match. The color was blended into the hood which was not damaged. The front end alignment was knocked off a little by the impact and had to be corrected as well.

 + 0 moreI bought my 1998 Oldsmobile from this company. I have it serviced by this company. The service personnel are most helpful, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the Bob Hastings Group to anyone needing work done on his/her automobile! They have done the maintenance work on this car, and it's in A-1 condition because of the quality of the workmanship.
Description of Work: Over the past seven years this company has done all the maintenance work on my car - repaired or replaced any mechanical items needed to be done including brakes, annual check-up, tires, etc. I'd have to go back through my records to list all the things done.

Description of Work: I hired Bob Hastings Group to do a 25,000 mile tune-up. They also did a grease job, tire check, and changed the spark plugs and air filter.
