In terms of customer service, they are very good - punctual, professional, pleasant, responsive to questions, attentive to the details such as schedule. Two quality complaints. They sprayed undercoating or something gray on the tire next to the damage - a shocking error it seems to me, completely preventable. And the very edge of the door has places with no paint on it. I plan to visit them to discuss these 2 issues. Would I go back? We'll see depending on how the discussion goes.

The car was towed away on a Monday and we picked it up the following Monday. This time included the front-end steering inspection and alignment, otherwise it would have been ready Friday. The office staff was fast to answer the phone and answer my questions. We are very fussy about our cars. The body gaps are perfectly aligned and the paint finish and color match are flawless. In addition, the car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. This was our first experience with this facility and we highly recommend them.

They are great and they never try to do things that are not needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone who has a problem with there car. They are very friendly people and they get the job done.

I bought my 1998 Oldsmobile from this company. I have it serviced by this company. The service personnel are most helpful, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the Bob Hastings Group to anyone needing work done on his/her automobile! They have done the maintenance work on this car, and it's in A-1 condition because of the quality of the workmanship.

This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. The wait time was minimal, they made it easy to get a rental car, the work was done on time, and we were kept informed with the car's progress.
