"I respectfully disagree with this review. The Inspection was done 4/3/11 and not 4/11/12 as stated. A Termite inspection was not part of the Home inspection. Part of my inspection is to check window operation. Curtains were move because there is pictures in the report showing mold like substance on the window sills. It was stated many times in the report that the Inspector was Unable to inspect crawl space lines due to blocked access & Safety, height issues. There is pictures of the rugs and other materials. Leaking hose under trailer. The rugs were wet and large. There are also pictures showing the insulation falling down under the trailer along with a leaking pipe and shut off valves. I never said that I did not have to move anything in order to find anything during the inspection. Was this review done after living in the home for one year?. I pride myself on doing a complete inspection and was never contact to discuss these concerns."
