You must take a leap of faith. RTB is a little higher priced than some other inspectors. However when you see the job that he does and the thermal imaging that he provides, you will understand why he is so much better. The inspection that he does is much more than thorough. I highly recommend RTB

I would definitely recommend them. Very friendly and professional. He had a patience to answer all my questions even though all was explained in the report. I was impressed with his thoroughness - he addressed all my concerns and found little things I did not even think about, pointed out some things (electrical) not according to the code (that's why you pay the money, right?). Very powerful when you negotiate the house price! And all that for a very reasonable price.
