Not at all happy with customer service or the actual service they provided. Floor cleaner did a willy nilly job at best. I had to go over floor after they left. A women named Ann, who answers the phones in the office and schedules the appointments was not helpful at all. I needed an early morning appt and explained this to her over and over. They were supposed to show between 8 am and 11 am. The guy got there about 1PM. Called them back to do a better job. Again this Ann said it would be $95.00 an hour. The kid comes back puts in an hour and then packs up his stuff and leaves. This women then tells me there is a two hour minimum...... Do your self a favor and stay far away from these people. There is something majorly wrong with this company.
