Tom's company was the second company called in to dig up our septic system to be inspected by the department of health. The first company made a mess of the inspection. From the first few shovels full of dirt, Tom was convinced the system would not pass inspection. While disappointed, it was clear that Tom knew what he was talking about. The septic system that had been installed many years back (by Priority Cesspool/Clear River - don't ever call them) was done terribly; it was undersized, missing a baffle, buried too deep, etc. Tom worked with our engineer to abandon the old system and install the new. He was there for every level of inspection, follow-up, answered every call with any questions and was responsive on every level. He has been polite and a pleasure to work with, as has been every member of his team. I very strongly recommend Tom and company.

I spoke to the owner on the phone on a Friday morning, and he was there at my door Saturday morning. The men were polite, prompt and pumped my pool, cleaned out the pipe and aerated the pool. He even checked into our problem further to see if he could be of any more help to us, and everything worked perfectly! They even returned the grass to the hole, and it looked like they had not even been there. They took great care as if the property were their own. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! Called to set up a visit and estimate. The person, I assume was the owner, was rude and told me to go "F" myself after of few questions about his verbal estimate. $300 a foot to dig to the existing caps of the tank seemed high to me when I had written estimates for far less. His assertion was it was less because the other estimates we for a 6" pipe, not a 24" manhole or concrete cap below grade. I read the estimates I had carefully and they were for the larger manhole and cap. I was taken back at his reaction for sure.

Called Tom Egan Cesspool at 7:30am, they answered immediately, said they would be there in two hours. Showed up in exactly two hours. Tom Egan's crew was amazing. They came to inspect the site and give us an estimate within twelve hours of my call. They got their equipment through a very tight space with no damage to our fence. We did have to rip up our (old) deck because it was over the cesspool sites, but the work was done expeditiously, and cleaned up entirely. I would recommend them again and again. They gave us a fair price and did top notch work.

They were able to come the same day. Crew was great. Careful and knowledgeable. Quick and efficient. Did their best not to disturb lawn. Neat.

Tom came to me highly recommended and I can see why.  He works hard, gives you a fair price and does the job right.  I've had his crew back to unclog one of my drain lines and can say that his crew does the same.

Friday night our cesspool, which is under our walkway, began to collapse.  We had used this service before to pump out our cesspool so we left a message for Tom as to what had happened.  Tom called back within the hour to say he would be at our house Saturday morning.  He arrived at 8:00AM and gave us an estimate to do the work.  Since it was a partial collapse he said we could still use water sparingly thru the weekend and he would be back first thing Monday morning to install two new cesspools.  He and his crew arrived between 8:30 and 9:00AM and had us back in service within  1-1/2 hours.  They left my lawn as neat as possible for having new cesspools installed and the other two filled in.  I would highly recommend this company.  Tom is very friendly and professional.

The work turned out fabulous. They were prompt, professional and courteous. He called me to say sorry it took a while to get back to me and he did not leave a mess.

I FELT EVERYTHING WENT WELL SO I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. FROM WHAT I HAVE HEARD FROM FRIENDS I UNDERSTAND THE PRICE THEY CHARGED WAS REASONABLE.
