STAR CAR

Great! We were paying cash not using insurance so we wanted a fair price. We thought that the cost was quite reasonable -- came in right at the estimate. Excellent workmanship -- car looked better after body work than it did before the accident. They did a nice detailing job on the car after the repair was complete. Prompt service -- about 3 days from start to pick-up. Friendly, professional staff. Very good experience.

My family has used Star Car in the past and they are a direct repairer for my insurance company, so I knew I would take the car to Star Car. They had a rental car for me when I dropped off the car for the repairs. The repairs were completed when I was told they would be done. The entire car looked so much better when I picked it up. It was washed and waxed. I even saw that they had touched up where pebbles had hit the car. Anytime I called with a question, they promptly answered the phone and my questions.

They did an excellent job of repair. Some time was lost due to problems getting the correct trim parts from Honda (the wrong parts were delivered twice) but the quality of the work was worth the delay. This was my second experience with Star Car. Last year my car was clipped by a passing truck and had the front fender torn off. Again, the quality of repair was outstanding and the job was completed promptly.
