Rolando is an absolute nightmare to deal with. He is rude and does not know how to work with quartzite. They fabricated pieces for me for the bathroom and counter tops and an island for my kitchen. They cut the pieces for my bathroom wrong and took them two weeks to correct it. As for the kitchen he never sealed the stone before cutting it which caused water to seep into the stone and destroy it. When I told him on the day of install what are these marks he said “they will go away it’s just wet”. Three weeks later the stains were still there. After telling him this he shows up at my house with a blow torch. Which anyone in the industry knows you never do that. And as he started to blow torch the stone its started to discolor and look worse than before. After a verbal argument on the phone where he started cursing and screaming at me. I told him to remove the stone from my house and refund my money. This man has no business working on this type of stone, and should not be in business.

This company installed my kitchen countertops a few years ago. I called them back after after the installation to correct a seam that had failed. They repaired it and charged me for the work. Same thing happened to the seam again later on, so I called to set up a second repair. They asked me to email them photos of the issue, which I did. No one responded to my email or called me back. I called several times to follow up with no response. Eventually I spoke with a woman named Nancy, who assured me she would call me back later that day or the next day to set up the appointment. That was 4 weeks ago. I’ve called a few more times and left messages or spoken to workers who told me Nancy would contact me. No one called. They do not stand by their work or have the courtesy to even return a phone call. I’ve heard similar stories from other neighbors. Beware!

"Our company fulfilled (removed member name) order of stock kitchen cabinets and although there were some small damages that occurred during transit, we feel the cabinetry manufacturer took full responsibility by responding quickly to our damaged item claim. The manufacturer's Cabinet Warranty Coordinator went above and beyond our expectations by personally expediting the delivery of the replacement items and putting her own neck on the line by replacing an item that according to her company's guidelines - did not warrant replacement. The installer of (removed member name) kitchen cabinets reported that the cabinets look great and they are both very pleased. We will continue to distribute this particular line of stock kitchen cabinets because although they may be viewed as a very inexpensive product, knowing the cabinet manufacturer delivers a product line they stand behind 100% is important to our company. Distributing items that are manufactured by another company does sometimes pose challenges. We apologized for any inconvenience that resulted due to the manufacturer's damages and do hope now that (removed member name) kitchen installation has been completed that she will be able to enjoy it for many years to come."
