About 4 years ago, we hired them to fix a complex leak in the roof that was driving us crazy. At that time we were happy with the work they did. Everything was fine for about 4 years until last month when our ceiling started leaking in the same spot. We called Pulcini and explained the problem. They said don't worry and they would take care of it. They are a local firm in our neighborhood located only a few blocks away. They came over before the next rain/snow event and took care of it without charging us anything extra since we paid them 4 years earlier. They stood behind their original work. You can't ask for much more than that. Quality local roofers.

I had a leak in my living room ceiling that was worrisome. I called Pulcini Roofing and Al Pulcini came over the same day. He went into the attic to find the exact spot of the leak and offered three options on how to correct it. The first was to basically patch the area directly over the leak and hope that would do it. The second choice was to extend the roofing half the length of the house with a 4 foot depth. The final consideration was to install a new roof over the entire front of the house. Al explained the choices in depth. Just patching the area would be the cheapest; extending the roofing beyond the immediate area was the median price; and a full front roof was the higher price. The only purpose of a full front roof would be to insure the exact color match of the shingles. The make and color of the shingles on my roof were readily available, so there was no need to consider a full front roof. Just patching the spot was chancy, at best. It made the most sense to go the and quot;middle groundand quot; and extend the roofing as mentioned above (2nd choice).

Two days later, Al and his crew came over and did the job. Al and his brother John always supervise the job, so I didn't worry about short cuts or shoddy work. Everything worked out very well; the color matches perfectly and I am thankfully, free of leaks. The cleanup was good, too. Anyone needing a new roof or repair should consider Pulcini Roofing.

They did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves and the work was finished in a day.

After he supposedly fixed a leak in the roof, it started leaking again. He also did some work around the skylight, and soon after, tar from around it started leaking onto the living room rug. He said he'd fix whatever was wrong, and pay to have the rug cleaned. He called once, came by once when I wasn't home, and even after I called at least 5 or 6 times, that was the end of that. I never heard from him again. It cost me an additional $2700.00 to have two other people come in and fix the mess he left me with. Also, he never paid for the cleaning of the rug. I would never, ever use him again. He does terrible work and does not keep his word.

They were very good. The owner came out and gave us an estimate and told us exactly what he was going to do. They also fixed some problems left by a previous service provider. They did great work and their pricing was fair.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND RESPONSIVE.
