I called Bill and explained the situation. He came the very next day. He took a look at both spickets and tightened the nuts which solved the leaking. Of course I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. I can't tell you how nice and friendly Bill was. He could have told me the spickets needed to be replaced but he didn't. He was honest and that's more important than anything. Bill was professional, quick to assist and such a great friendly individual. I recommend him and would hire him again in a minute. Thanks Bill.

We have spent over $400 with 2 plumbers trying to fix a leaking kitchen
faucet.  It still leaks.  Bill  took a look at it and gave me some
suggestions, one of which is it's inside the faucet itself. He also
pointed out the leak which the other plumbers had never seen. He said
the faucet should have a lifetime warrantee.  He had just spent 2 days
repairing pipe leaks in my basement so I didn't ask him to try and
repair the faucet.  He said it would cost more more than the faucet is
worth.  It's a Grohe.

Very well. Spend much time due to the surrounding structure. Replaced with the proper Materials.

Called McBill Plumbing around 2:00pm, said he was in the middle of a job, but would call in a couple hours when available--which he did.
Arrived around 5:00pm, assessed the issue, removed the damaged valve (which was not easy) and installed a new valve which I had already purchased.
A timely response and a quick and thorough remedy to my situation!

Had a leak from the pressure relief valve on my boiler. Bill showed up exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the issue and replaced my boiler expansion tank on the spot. Very professional and obviously knowledgeable. I plan on using him again for future plumbing needs.

We've used them at least 3 times. They have always done good service and they have been very prompt. They are almost always available the same day We've had problems with other plumbers not returning calls or not showing up for 2 or 3 days so that is why we keep using them. We like the ability to get the work done promptly. They have been able to get the work done in the timeframe they have given us. Their price is fair enough.

They came as scheduled to install the faucet, only to find that there was a missing piece from a special order faucet. They knew how important is was for me to have my sink working for Thanksgiving, so they returned at 8pm the night before Thanksgiving to install the faucet, after I spent most of the day trying to find the part. They definitely went above and beyond!

THIS COMPANY IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THEY KEEP THE BOILER CLEAN, SMOKE AND FUME FREE. WE HAVE NEVER RUN LOW ON OIL OR HAD ANY MESS LEFT AFTER DELIVERY.
