The work Lite House provided was just fine regarding the installation of our generator. However, we recently had trouble with the electric starter and found that the necessary charger was not provided at the the time of installation. After inquiring with Lite house, they were gracious enough to order the part at no charge which they had agreed to deliver when it came in. However, after 3 weeks they told me the part had come in but they continued to claim they were too busy to deliver it, so I went to pick it up myself. That would have still been OK, but the charger did not fix the problem, so I called to inquire about the battery itself and whether it just needed a replacement or something else may need replacing. I continued to leave SEVERAL phone messages on their voice mail (since no one picks up the phone there) , and never received a call back regarding this issue. I tend to rate the integrity of a company not only by the work they do but the service they provide AFTER they have your money. In my experience, this company has proven to respond in a very unprofessional manner. Ultimately, I have had to conduct timely research into the problem myself where they could have probably answered this question in less than a minute. Initially awaiting their return phone call, I was going to discuss an outdoor lighting project that we were planning in the Spring, however, we will now be looking else where. In addition, I would be hesitant to continue recommending Lite House after this episode. Sometimes a company should just do the right thing, even when they are TOO busy, since a 30 second phone call could ultimately give them $1000's of dollars in business in the future.

Excellent job on lights and installed remote switches which allow us to turn on/dim lights from anywhere. Stood by work when a fuse issue happened 2 months later. Responded quickly and fixed it within two days. Inside work was done professionally and with no mess. Will definitely use again for any projects in the future.

Everything went very well. I came across Lite House on Angie's list and reached out to them. Spoke with Maureen several times over the phone and had Damian come out to see the project. He quoted me nearly $1,000 less then another electrician that we received a quote from. On the day of the project, their technician arrived on site and began to review with me what they are doing and wanted to check with me for approval. The entire project was done within the day as they promised and they labeled all the new circuit breakers. I highly recommend Lite House Electrical.

Damien and crew were professional. They were able to install my chandelier quickly, it looks greats by the way. When they were finished I asked if they secure my weather head (Where the power lines meet the house). Very down to earth and clean. Would hire again.

So happy I went with Lite House! I received 3 estimates for the installation of a transfer switch on my electrical panel. The switch allows you to operate all of your home's electrical appliances, outlets, lights, A/C, and boiler from a generator in case of a power outage. We had recently lost power twice as a result of high winds and I wanted to get this done before a major storm. Damion came out and gave me an estimate that was quite lower than the other 2 quotes I had received. Both of the other quotes seemed excessive - so I went with Lite House. Damion was very professional and punctual. He called early the morning of my appointment to let me know that he was a little delayed. He showed up exactly when he said and completed the work carefully and quickly. He was very neat and cleaned up afterwards. He took the time to explain how the switch worked and walked me through the process.I have found my go - to electrician!

the tech that came out was the same tech that did the fix for the bathroom, so we were happy it was him. but this issue was a little different, he could not locate the source for the wiring in the walls or in the basement, he decided it would be best to run a new line, so he ran the line, everything works fine.

They are extremely professional. Showed up exactly on time and did all the work that they outlined in the estimate and in a short amount of time. Everything came out perfect and they will for now on be our go to electrician on all our needs. I will definitely recommend. A++

I needed 3 outlets for ac units installed and an outdoor outlet the job went well they had a hard time with running the wires for one of the rooms but did not charge extra only what was quoted, they were a little messy but did a good job very professional.

They arrived on time to install an outlet and switch to the electrical panel for a backup generator the job went smoothly but they had a hard time drilling a hole in the correct location for the outlet,but finally got it. Also they had to leave but returned in 15 minutes with the 8 foot grounding rod that they also installed. All went well the price was great and men were professional

These guys were awesome. They came on time, assessed the problem quickly and fixed it fast. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely use them again! Good to know there are contractors out there you can rely on.

They were extremely professional, thorough and neat. This was like looking for a needle in a haystack and they managed to find it checking all of the connections in the outlets, junction boxes etc. throughout the house. They arrived when they were supposed to and I now feel very safe and comfortable knowing the problem has been fixed and will not cause a fire. I would use them again and I will recommend them to all of my friends and relatives living in the area.

They were quite professional and responsive to my needs/requests. Damien and Chris worked well together and were neat and clean in their work. Several trips had to be made to the store to replace items to be installed as the size was wrong or they were making noise when installed. I appreciated that Damien was unhappy with the quality of the initial new noisy high hats and decided to replace them without a word from me. All work was done well and to my satisfaction. Both Damien and Chris were gentlemen and pleasant to have in my home most of the day. The work was to begin at 8:30 am but they did not arrive on time. I called to check about 9:00 am and was told that the expected "in-stock" items were not available at Home Depot and that Damien was figuring out what to replace them with. They arrived about an hour later. But they made up the time during the day staying a bit later than their normal end time to complete all the work.

A++ Top Rated !! We purchased our current house three years ago, and we first called them to install an outlet so I could put up an over the stove microwave. They were super prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Based on that we called upon them once again to have extensive lighting added throughout our house. They came promptly for an estimate and gave us a very fair price the next day. We were in constant communication during the whole process and they were very flexible when we had to change a few things around. The two electricians came early and worked quickly and efficiently. My wife and I were always impressed with how they worked - they measured things out, laid out drop cloths and covered all our furniture. They were VERY meticulous with everything they did. They went ABOVE and BEYOND because they even installed the two light fixtures we had purchased, and that was not mentioned or negotiated in the work contract. We will NEVER use any other electrician and trust them so much that we asked them for a plumber referral when we thought about installing a separate water heater. You will not be disappointed with their services or their work!!
