not only did I have to call them to remind them two years in a row that I needed my burner serviced before the season started, after your first year they screw you on your contract. My first year it was cap price not to exceed or at fair market price. My second year was capped price only. Also read your contractor be carefully because they will deliver to you in the middle of the summer until you that this is what we do when it's slow it's in your contract. So make sure you change the contract if you choose to sign on before you go with them. The owner tries to be slick and courteous on the phone but he also thinks by asserting himself he's going to get everything that he wants. explain to them that I'm not using their services for contract anymore and if they happen to be the lowest on spot oil I will use them. Also informed them that I would be interested in taking a contract only for burner service. This was my response: "We will only provide a service contract for customers who are buying oil with automatic delivery. It's also discretionary if we can service a "non customer" at any time." so clearly they're only interested in making as much money on you as they possibly can once they've tied you into a contract. You will be told up and down that they have to pay for their employees and blah blah blah and that they have to pay for the people on call and blah blah blah and you also pay 30 to $0.40 over spot price on every delivery. not a satisfied customer after 3 years and will not be returning for any services whatsoever.

The team did a great job! The tune up was done within a week. Had a heating issue in the basement and they responded within hours. Oil delivery has been perfect! I am very happy I signed up with Lewisy!

They are taking over my air conditioning too. They actually installed a brand new oil burner a year and a half ago. It's like a Cadillac and it's beautiful. I had a problem the other day and they came right over. They are excellent. They do my oil service delivery and annual checkups and clean ups. We have a contract with them. They're very dependable. They come when you call them. They let you lock in with a service agreement at the lowest rate. If the price of oil goes up it stays the same. If it goes lower than the price you're locked into they let you pay the lower amount. They said they were going to do a great job and it is. I'm already recommending them for the air conditioning.

They are expensive but they have value for what they do. They are professional, polite and punctual.

There about 12% more expensive than everyone else but their professionalism and expertise is off the charts. Their technician is not only a sales person but an expert professional. I would not have anybody else do this project. They are expensive but worth it. Their higher price is justified by their value of work.

I am very impressed with the quality of Lewisy's work and the products they installed (Bryant gas furnace and State water heater). It took them most of 3 days to complete the work and they went beyond my expectations. They are a well organized team which would not be daunted by the problems they encountered. They went out of their way to see that the job was done properly. They are hard working and work cleanly and efficiently. The first day they ran into troubles with a jog in the chimney that prevented them from installing the liner. But they came back the second day with a new liner and were able to install it. They replaced the ancient wiring to the thermostat because it couldn't handle the new load and replaced the thermostat as well at no additional charge. They even disabled one of the flapper values in one of the basement ducts that was preventing hot air from getting to part of the house. Now I don't have to worry that my 90 y.o. mother will be without heat this winter or worry that her water heater will leak. I use Lewisy myself and they continue to impress me.

The work was done promptly courteously and quickly, the price was fair and the work was well done. I'd recommend Lewisy to anyone with an oil burner.

They were excellent. They were on time, polite, professional, and explained what they were doing. They did a good job.

The service supervisor came to the neighbors house and was very honest with me to the point where he recommended competitive solutions. That was very impressive. Anyway I hired them to move the heater from the neighbors house to mine and install the new one and remove the old one. They did a great job and the pool heater works. Would use them again and again.

They provide our fuel and I use them for our other projects. They install hybrid air-conditioning units. They don't have to tear your walls apart. His price was competitive and reasonable. I would rate them highly. I would use them in the future.

MY HUSBAND IS A MECHANICAL TYPE PERSON AND HE COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. THEY CAME OUT AND FOUND THE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY AND GOT IT FIXED. IT IS ALWAYS USE THE SAME SERVICE MAN.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM NOW FOR A LITTLE OVER FOUR MONTHS. I HAVE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR AUTO DELIVERY AND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME. THE GUYS ARE VERY NICE.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER FORTY YEARS. LEWISY HAS ALWAYS TAKEN GOOD CARE OF MY HEATING NEEDS. THEY ARE GOOD ABOUT ANSWERING QUESTIONS I MAY ASK. THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE POLITE. I HAVE STAYED WITH THEM BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
