I hired Glenn and his company, Home Healthy Homes, in June of 2021 after a sales call with Paul. I had been having continued issues with a basement flooding in a rental home I own. I had consulted with a few other companies at the time and was considering just filling in the basement when I met with Paul. Paul convinced me that his system would fix the water issues for me and that I did not have to lose the space. He told me that the trick was to big a trench around the perimeter of the basement down to the footing of the house and install a system of drains and pumps. He also told me that I had a serious mold issue and he would remediate it for me once the water problem was under control. I trusted his expertise and moved forward with his proposal. Within a few months my basement was completely flooded again. My tenant's personal property was destroyed and is now leaving over the matter. A structural engineer has advised me that there is very likely damage done to the foundation of my house that will need repair. The system Home Healthy Homes specified was inappropriate and should have never been installed to begin with. When I contacted Home Healthy Homes about the issue they were responsive at first. I spoke to Steve, who handles scheduling. He sent by their service tech, Dan. When he saw the status of my basement he was in shock and said there was nothing he could do. He agreed to have the owner contact me to discuss a refund. Glenn then came by a few days later and also appeared to be in shock when he saw my basement. He told me that he would need to consult an expert to try and find a solution. When I told him that I didn't think there was a solution and the basement should have been filled in from the beginning he agreed with me. He then said he would get back to me about a refund. I haven't heard from him since. I hope that in sharing my experience I will help someone else avoid this pitfall of a company. I am now in the process of filing a lawsuit to try and reclaim my funds, in addition to damages. I am also filing a complaint with the local licensing agency. In my opinion, it seems Glenn sells a one-size-fits-all solution and does not have the proper waterproofing knowledge one who calls themsleves an expert should have. When things go wrong he simply disappears and hides his head in the sand. BUYER BEWARE!

Things went really well with them, until I had a little issue with the sump pump. We had a sewage smell in the house. They did a great job and were really clean. They were on point with that. Everything went very well. I ended up finding out that it should have been routed differently. They came out a third time and fixed it. So they did a great job so far.

The sales representative from this company was the most unprofessional, obnoxious person I have ever met.  He arrived late and didn't seem to know what he was talking about.  Yet he pushed and pushed in a condescending manner and then stated that he couldn't care less if we did business together.  There is a water problem in my basement from a high water table with some water stains on the old wood panneling.  Once entering the basement, the sales representative acted as though he was gasping for breath because of the air quality,in a theatrical performance set for Broadway.  Shortly thereafter, he starting talking about all the expensive mold remediation that was needed to save my family from imminent death.  I had multiple professional basement people visit my home prior and none had taken such a drama filled approach.  Once he realized that I wasn't scared into buying his expensive mold removal products, we discussed the french drain construction that was initially called about.   He did
