Quick, easy, on time, polite.

He did a good job. He finalized the work that was not finished by the prior company. My back yard is sloped, so he put up a few terraces and removed the dirt that was left behind by the previous landscaper. It was more cosmetic. His team was very serious, hardworking, and meticulous. They were very nice and civilized. I had somebody I worked with last fall and when I came back home from work, he had finished, but he had cheated me. He was supposed to build some raised beds and put fabric and mulch. He put the mulch and this spring the weeds were taller than me and were more than I ever had before. Then I hired somebody else who did some of the work well, but they didn't do what I had asked them to do in the pathway. Finally, I called Gilligans and they came in and finished the work that the others didn't and left a decent plain looking yard, front, back, and sides. Now I have to really see next spring how many weeds I get. I am planning to use him in the future.
