I believed I had the original cesspool from 45 years ago. When they dug up the lawn, they discovered the old cesspool was not concrete but in fact fiberglass. They advised me that it would still deteriorate soon because of its age, and the lawn was already dug up, so I proceeded with the new installation. They left the old one, installed the new one, and connnected the two. Unfortunately, besides the lawn being destroyed (an expected side effect), part of my driveway was damaged. After obtaining several estimates, I had the driveway fixed and asked Flush King to do the right thing and take responsibility for the damage. We agreed to split the difference, and he sent me a rebate as promised. I appreciated his integrity.
