They only installed the tubing so far. When my construction is finished they will bring motor and connect everything. So I haven't gotten to use it yet.

Fantastic service from the start to finish at every touch point. While gathering bids for repair on my central vac, I was told by every company that came in that they had never seen a system like mine and all wanted to replace the entire system to the tune of thousands. When I called Custom Vacuum. I was impressed from the start, I spoke to Holly who asked me to send her some pictures so they could be prepared and well versed when coming to look at the job. After reviewing the pictures, the owner Jim contacted me and set an appointment. Jim was right on time and knew exactly what kind of system I had. He presented many options and really tried to work with me to get the best system I could within my budget. Jim’s co owner and son Evan came to do the job with tech Josh.They started on time, were extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. They took the time to explain the job and to show me how to use the new system. This is a 3rd generation family business and it shows in the pride of work and service excellence. I would highly recommend and would absolutely do business with Custom again.
