I went to his store with my 6 year old Dell computer that had not been working right fo many months. He analyzed the problem while I waited and suggested an upgrade of Ram memory and a cleaning of the Hard Drive for approximately $75 plus parts. I agreed and he proceeded to work on it while I waited and watched. He added Ram increasing memory from 256mb to 768mb. He found my hard drive full and suggested adding an external hard drive. When I told him I had one at home he asked me to bring it in which I did and he then was able to move all my digital pictures off my hard drive. He kept the computer for several days to do this and to clean out other unnecessary files. When I came back he showed me what he did and demonstrated how much better it was and it was much better, almost like new. I paid his very reasonable fee and took the computer home. It has been working great ever since. Natal was very professional and also told me to call him if there was any problem. I have done that and he has advised me out of trouble on one occasion. I highly recommend him but be warned that if you want him to come to you it will be much more expensive.
