We originally hired Joe Olivieri 7+ months ago, an architect who works under Christopher Garten’s license to draw up architectural plans for our project. After our problems with Joe escalated, who we found to be extremely unprofessional and who completely mishandled our project, we turned to Chris to take over the project. He said that he would take over our files and work on them. This was over a month ago. Our plans were submitted and rejected by the town with a lot of issues, showing sloppy work. We were told by both Joe and Chris last week that they would work on the issues and re-submit earlier this week. After speaking with the town today, we learned nothing was done and there has been no contact from either of them. As a result of our very bad experience with these 2 architects, we would not recommend them to anyone.
