Bohlen Construction put an addition on our home in 2013. Dining room, family room, 1/2 bath and covered porch. They also installed central air throughout the home. We could not be happier. Fantastic work ethic, very talented crew and absolutely beautiful results.

They do really top notch work. He is very hands on and he was really able to work well with an architect to see what you wanted and making it a reality, which is important.

The existing deck had rotted away and we needed to rebuild it. We brought in several contractors for estimates, but the quotes were so high we decided to try to do the work ourselves. We eventually realized we were in over our head and needed a professional. We found Bohlen construction through a friend's recommendation and their estimate was far more reasonable than the other companies we spoke with. Jamie Bohlen and his team took on the project, agreeing to work with what we had. They were incredibly flexible and accomodating. We had chosen a composite decking material that was not their first choice, but they worked with it and created a perfect surface with no visible fasteners.The work started the very day that we hired them and was finished only a few days later. This was a huge project, and his team worked nonstop through hot and rainy weather and they built us a beautiful deck. Outstandinding craftmanship! The entire team was very professional and highly skilled. We feel very lucky to have had such a positive experience. We could not have asked for more, and we are perfectly thrilled with the deck.

It was not good. We had a signed contract that they must not use our brand new driveway, but they brought in their equipment and cracked the driveway. They left things undone. There are cracks on ceilings and cracks on walls. There are broken construction things that were never repaired properly. We have been after them since they did it but they have never come back to repair anything.
