 + -1 moreI called to get an estimate for a spring cleanup and waited nearly two weeks. The truck was at my neighbors and we requested an estimate from his employees. They said to call the owner, even after explaining that we had and were told we would get an estimate. Just called the owner again and now he told us he won't provide an estimate unless we pay for weekly services. He knew we weren't weekly customers in our original phone call and it was not a problem at that time. I find it very unprofessional. He could have told us from the get go that he will only do spring clean ups for regular customers and we could have called a more professional company to come and do the job. Wasted time waiting on this company who clearly never intended to do the job.

We have a several acre property with varied lawn and landscape maintenance needs, and he addresses them all. There is no one better. I trust him and trust in his expertise.
Description of Work: Provides weekly landscape maintenance as well as annual fertilization, aerations, seeding, and small shrub care. Provides plowing service seasonally as needed.
