The entire experience was excellent from sale to installation. The work completed was done beautifully. The installation team were pleasant, respectful and very professional. I had no complaints. Any questions during the installation were answered promptly. The cost was very reasonable. I requested some additional work after contract signing, which was handled nicely and cost effective. Overall, I was very satisfied.

We can an incredibly fair price from Barry for a much needed walkway done in pavers. One company quoted us a price far too expensive for our budget, claiming that our particular circumstances were extenuating. Another quoted us a higher price than Barry did to put pavers on top of our existing cracked concrete walkway. Barry's people did a neat, clean professional job in a timely manner and I am really proud of my new walkway.

I met with Barry who provided me with a very fair estimate for the work to be completed. Best replaced 1 bay window with a standard casement, 1 slider, and converted another slider to a 3 light casement. All Andersen. They also repaired siding where necessary and added siding to a section of my home where it was missing. The crew also took it upon themselves to fix other aluminum trim around my doors where it needed repair - something I appreciate very much because they made it look like new. Barry, the working crew, and office administration were professional, courteous, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Everything came out wonderful and as promised. I will definitely use Best Enterprises again for future work, and recommend them to others.

It was a terrific experience from the beginning of the project until completion. I met with the owner, Barry, who provided a fair and straight forward approach and estimate. I appreciated his honesty and his detailed estimate regarding my project. Best Enterprises is thriving and expanding for good reason! Their team is exceptional and they had great communication throughout the entire process. The team is comprised of workers that are experts in their specialty area and in addition to being true craftsman, they were also gentlemen. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed by Barry and Erika (in the office). Erika was equally fantastic as she helped to coordinate the entire project. Best Enterprises is a terrific company and I look forward to working with them again.

This Contractor was amazing! The finished product is gorgeous! Price was very reasonable, personnel were extremely talented, professional, communicative, cooperative, efficient, neat, punctual, with an impressive attention to detail. Minor "punch list" items were completely resolved within 24 hours. I absolutely recommend Best Enterprises - 100%, and I look forward to future home improvement projects with them.

They did a really good job.  They were able to give us good recommendations with other companies they work with, which they were all excellent as well.  They brought this house into the 21st century.  They were very hard working and family oriented.  They were clean and cleaned up after themselves.  If there were any issues, I would point it out and they fixed it right away.  I felt very comfortable with them in my house.  A year later, I have not had any issues or any reason to have to call them back.

I picked this company because of good reviews it had.  The final results look good, but getting there was very aggravating. Before we signed the contract we picked out the shower head, the sink faucet, the color and type of vanity, the toilet, and the color we wanted the walls to be painted.The workers came, did their demolition and started putting the bathroom back together.  As they were proceeding I noticed that they had the wrong shower head, the wrong type of faucet and the wrong toilet.  After bringing it to their attention they corrected their mistake.  When they got read to bring in the vanity I noticed that it was the wrong style and color.  They took it out and we waited several more days until they were able to find a vanity with the right color.  The walls in the bathroom were painted with the wrong color.  We wanted a cabinet over the toilet that was the same color as the vanity.  That was wrong and when they brought one in it was too large for the space.  My wife and I ended up going to Home Depot to find a cabinet that was the right color and would fit into the space.  They corrected everything without arguing because they knew that they had made the mistakes.  The owner, Barry is a very nice man.  However, he was very unreliable for getting to appointments or calling back when he said he would.  Of course, as a business owner he would get tied up some place and not make his appointments on time.  That would not surprise me.  But he never once called us to inform us that he would be delayed.  Delays would be from one to five hours.  He would come in and look at the work from the door of the bathroom and comment on how good it looked.  I noticed that he never closely examined the work.There was tile work on the floor and the shower area.  Looking at the work from the bathroom door everything looks very good.  The tile work around the window was very poorly done and sloppy.  They did not do a very good job cleaning up.  While the final product looks "good" I would not recommend this company to do any work.  Also the communication between Barry and the workers who came was not there.  This was supposed to be a week long job that lasted over two weeks.

My wife and I were in a bind.  The bathroom on our main floor was rotting away. The shower was unusable at this point and were were set to have a baby within a month.  We needed a bathroom on the main floor! Barry promised me that he could make special arrangements to get the bathroom done on time. He did. He bent over backwards (figuratively) and we ended up with a great bathroom, completed within a few weeks from point of contact.  Baby loves it too..

Had a real estate inspection. Unfortunately, the inspector found a broken rafter that needed to be fixed before the house could be sold. I did some research, and picked out some highly rated general contractors. Some contractors whom I called would not even consider the job because it was so small. Others didn't even want to come out to look at it and instead just quoted a figure over the phone. One of the bids I received even wanted several thousand dollars to fix it. Best Enterprises was different. He came right away to give an estimate, quoted a good price for the job, and would be able to tackle the job almost immediately. He satisfied all the criteria I was looking for in a general contractor. On the day the repair was to take place, his employees arrived on time, worked hard, and were very courteous. They did the job according to the inspector's wishes, and as a result, the house passed inspection. Would highly recommend this company to others!

Barry was great! we enjoyed working with him from start to finish. He communicated with us about all relevant items, was heat & delivered as promised.

The work was done in two stages. Pete came out and quickly realized the work that needed to be performed to ensure the leak would be repaired. His workers arrived exactly when they said they would and promptly fixed my roof. We waited two weeks and three severe rain storms to ensure the work was a success. Once we were sure the exterior job was finished we had my insurance company come back to go over the difference of what they said my job should cost compared to BEST's estimate (and many other GC's). After about an hour my insurance adjuster and Pete came to the correct price. I will be eternally grateful for all his help getting my insurance company to see the true repairs and cost of the job. My insurance company originally allotted only 2K for the job where as every contractor was giving me estimates from six thousand to almost 15 thousand. About three days later Pete's guys came and expertly fixed everything that needed to be fixed. They arrived the next day after all their taping was dried and sanded all rough spots and prepped for painting. The painting was done perfectly and they returned one more time to see if anything needed to be touched up. I am happy to say their work was so good nothing needed to be "touched up" or tweaked. I can not say how happy I am that I decided to use Best Enterprises and Angie's list.

I am very pleased with them. The roofing is beautiful and they are clean. It was a wonderful experience for me.
