My dogs LOVE him.

Their price is reasonable for the area. They provide the highest quality of veterinary care. I have been using them for over 12 years now for all of my pets and Eastport Animal Wellness Center is just a wonderful place. They provide full service. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

I have used Eastport Animal Wellness since about the time they opened. I followed Dr. Duffy from his previous practice in Center Moriches. I like Dr. Duffy because he is personable but more importantly he is open to non conventional treatments and options. I choose to limit the amount of vaccinations my 40 pound dog receives. When I learned that both a toy poodle and a great dane get the same dose of vaccination, I was concerned about my dog being overly vaccinated. When I discussed my concerns with Dr. Duffy he agreed to allow me to get titers of critical vaccines like rabies and if the titers were good we could forgo the vaccination that year. Most vets would not allow that.
I have my dog regularly groomed there and find the services excellent and reasonably priced. I have also used the doggie day care and also find it excellent and reasonably priced. I have not used the boarding but have seen the facilities and would not hesitate to use them.
I find the staff professional and friendly, with very little turnover so they get to know both you and your pet.
My only negative comments would be that they will do procedures like vaccines without asking you or even notifying you until it's been done. Because of my issues with vaccines this was a big deal for me and twice the staff had to be told not to do any procedures without discussing it with me first. Also the wait time is considerable even if your just going to pick up your animal, usually I'm there for a minimum of 30 minutes and often longer. Had it not been for these issues it would have been A+ down the line. It was not enough of an issue for me to switch vets and I feel that the vets and staff are top notch.
I have only used Dr. Duffy as the vets go but if I needed emergent care and he were not available I would not hesitate to use another one of the vets there.

They are personable, and it is very clean. It is large enough so that there are three vets there. They offer a variety of services, including doggie day care and boarding. They are really very nice people and seem to be very knowledgeable. The price is a little high. I will go back to them in the future.

What I like most there is that everybody is kind. They treat you as if they understand that your pets are part of your family. They are very professional. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Everybody there is warm and fussy. They are really nice people. If they know that your appointment can wait, like if it is not an emergency, they politely would ask you if it is okay that they cannot see me for a week and that they would call me sooner if they had something. Then if I say that I can wait till Friday, in fact this last time I did not get paid until Friday, I really could not afford to go on Thursday and they were worried since my dog's tail had an abscess and they asked me to come in on Thursday and that they will hold the check till Friday. They are that kind of people. They are really wonderful. They have three vets and we see Dr Will Spanbock but the other two other vets Dr Howard and Dr Duffy are also good.

Our cat Luna Blue is Balinese (a long haired Siamese), whom we bought from a local breeder (we found him in Newsday). She has always been skittish, and sort of on the mean side. She bites me (but not my daughter or husband), often for NO reason. I'll be watch TV, she'll jump up on the sofa, bite me, and run away. After wittnessing her behavior several times, Dr. Spanbock suggested we medicate her with a kitty dose of Prozac. Yes, Prozac, and no, i'm not joking. It's in a cream form, and i rub a very small kitty sized dose in her ear each day.
