"Thank you for your kind words. It is appreciated. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future for anything you may need."
removed and installed new facia, j-channel, and capping around the top of my home where carpenter bees had destroyed the old facia;
replaced the gutters on my very high two-story home;
removed two old and unsafe decks and rebuilt new, gorgeous ones;
repaired ceiling and wall drywall that was destroyed by water leaks;
built additional storage cabinets in my attic;
painted the interior of my home;
installed crown molding in my first floor great room and dining room;
expanded the front wall of my fireplace and installed a flat panel TV over the fireplace with all connections professionally hidden;
constructed a overhang/roof facade and installed shutters and crossheads on the front of my home which had been a flat, architecturally lacking box.
The bottom line is that he provides a quality product at a reasonable price. If there was ever any need to fix something that I thought was not quite right, he took care of it to my satisfaction. He knows I am very demanding and he has always met my expectations. His clean up after the job is spotless. In fact, after finishing the overhang project, he even cleaned the grime at my front door soffit with Fantastic!
In truth, after expanding my home in 1992, I could have written a book on how NOT to hire a home contractor. Then, in 2008, I found Ramon Valentin of Valentin home improvements. Ramon is everything a contractor should be: honest, caring, down to earth, reasonably priced, gets the job done on time and the way he says he will do it. As long as Ramon Valentin is in business, he is my one and only home contractor. Unlike many other home contractors, Ramon gives home contractors a good name.
