It didn't go very well. The speakers are fine. The repairman broke my power window assembly accidentally which cost me $160 to replace, but the speakers work great and great sound. They were willing to get a new one and replace it but I didn't trust them at that point. I didn't want them touching my car anymore so I had it done myself. They were going to replace it with a used one instead of a new one. We were going to split the cost because they accepted responsibility for breaking it but at the same time they said it was already half broken. It was my word against them. Initially we had agreed to split the cost to get a used one but afterwards I decided I didn't want them to touch my car and I didn't trust them. I got a new one and had it done myself. I would absolutely never use them again.

I had a stellar experience with Steven's House of Deals. They were on a list from Crutchfield, from whom I purchased my equipment. The work was done very well and within a good timeframe. My car's stereo sounds absolutely fantastic! I'm very happy with their service.
