Awning Service
Last year my awning broke because of a storm and after many phone calls he finally came and fixed it. This year, the thing that he replaced spontaneously broke but I couldn’t get him to answer any of my phone calls. He isn’t reliable.

Sunroom and Patio Service
One broken install date after another. After about 15 different dates, we requested that John Seaman, president of Seaman Awnings just deliver the awning to our house and we would get it installed. John Seaman never did this either. We found out after the fact that he took our deposit and never ordered the awning from Nu Image Awnings. By the way, even after we told Nu-Image what happened, as of 1/2/11, Seaman Awnings is still listed as an authorized dealer on the Nu Imagae Awnings web site.
