SANDS LIGHT APPLIANCE SVC

This is by far one of the worst and most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with! Yes, they were quite responsive on my initial phone contact with them, promptly send over a service technician who diagnosed the problem with the oven and charged $135 for the service call which supposedly would be removed from the price of the repair. A week and a half later, still no call about the status the part needed to repair the oven. A phone call to them, but still no answer or return call. Another phone call, and I am told that they cannot order the part because the tech did not report the model of the oven. Ok, I look up the model and call and relay the info to them. Another 3-4 days pass, and no call from them. Yet another call from me goes unreturned. Finally, today, I call in the morning to find out status of part, and women promises return call, but still waiting. Do not use this company. They fail at every level.
