+ -1 moreI would recommend them, but there were some issues. Someone had made holes in two posts in the back near my shed. They told me they were going to put a sleeve over it and left the board rough. I had to call a couple of times to get that adjusted. In the front of my house were a couple of scratches in the posts and on the gate and Brian was supposed to send someone out this past Monday between 8:30 and 9:30, no crew showed up. Now Nick did show come prior to that and left a card in my door, but stated he didn't see any scratches. I just tried to make him understand that any posts with scratches or imperfections should be placed in the back, not on the front of the house. They do work hard, but not as much attention to detail as I would like. I would recommend them to someone though because my house does look much nicer and the work itself was quality.
Description of Work: Installed the white vynal fencing in the back & front of my property, they also put up a small picket fence.

Description of Work: Like most, I shopped around 1st and the estimate range was betw $8000 - $10,000 for white PVC surrounding the whole property. I chose Nassau Fence and walked through the estimate with Brian. What I liked most was that they use a higher quality fence (there is a difference) and, upon install, one of the owners was on sight at all times also doing the work!! Very friendly, very approachable and an excellent job!! PLUS, they were neat and respected my neighbors too. Any questions we had were answered and any calls we made were returned. They even squeezed me in a week early to avoid having it done when I had company at the house. I cant say enough - GREAT JOB, PROFESSIONAL, NEAT and done in 2 days. Maybe I paid $700 more than somewhere else but I would do it again and I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION. I highly recommed them and can say with a full heart that you should look no further when getting a fense installed - this is the Company to use! I will recommend them to anyone who asks and its worth the extra $700-$1000 or so - they do it right. Great Job Brian & Nick!! Use me as a reference anytime!!! Jim, Jenn and the Husky - Merrick

The appointment was set up for Saturday at 1:00 and he called and said that he was running behind and asked if he could make it for 4pm, I said fine. I was accepting bids for a fence that was damage during Sandy. At 5 o’clock, I called and said I guess you are not coming, give me a call. He called me and was apologetic. His name is Brian. He said he would make it up to me; I will be there Monday at 10 o’clock. I said okay. Monday I got nothing but voicemails. I called again and got his voicemail, I told him not to waste my time anymore, and I said if you are not going to be here why are you in business.
Description of Work: Nassau Fences were supposed to give me an estimate.

Description of Work: Please two calls to the company before speaking to someone. Three separate appointments made,because two of which had to be rescheduled by Nassau Fence because they could not keep the appointment. For the third appointment 3/18/2013, Brian never showed to provide an estimate. Can't understand why their are in business

+ -1 moreThe representative from Nassau Fences twice made an appointment with me and twice did not show up. For the first appointment, after being an hour late, he called and said he could come over now. He had not called me to tell me he was running late so I had spent the whole hour waiting for him. I was not available at this later time. He apologized and asked if he could come another day. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and made another appointment. Again he did not show up, and did not even have the courtesy to call! I definitely do not recommend this company
Description of Work: No services were performed because the representative failed to show up for two separate appointments.

+ -1 moreI received many estimates, but they company really stood out. To begin with they never bad mouthed any of the other companies and the explained their product thoroughly. The second reason they stood out was because they suggested I have a larger gate. My fence is over 20 years old, and he mentioned that appliances are now being made much larger. None of the other companies mentioned this. They worked very hard, efficiently, and were clean. I would highly recommend them to others.
