The company's professionalism and work relationship with the General Contractor put me at ease about my project which had a large scope and high level of tasks to be executed. Medina performed according to out established contract and the work by the GC was completed and approved by Medina. Thanks to Medina, this structural renovation was accomplished with minor bumps in the road.

Juan was *extremely* responsive, thorough, timely, and professional from start to finish. He accommodated my tight time frame, rearranging his own schedule in order to make a site visit the following day. The turnaround time for the report I needed (showing that my planned work would not impact load bearing walls), was literally overnight. I'd definitely hire him again, and highly recommend him.

We were looking for a structural engineer to help us with our home renovations as we wanted to remove a load bearing wall. Juan was wonderful to work with! He was so kind and patient in explaining everything. We don’t know anything about this process so he took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions in a way for us to understand. He responds very promptly through text and calls. The price he quoted us was also much more reasonable than some other quotes we got. I would definitely recommend working with him!

My husband and I hired Medina Group to check our home for structural damage when we purchased it. Juan surveyed everything and produced a report promptly. We had questions months later after the inspection was completed and Juan has continued to answer our questions.
