The job went perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I would definitely use this contractor again if the need arises..

The job, though a little pricey, was a pleasure from start to finish and, in the end, worth every dollar. Jimmy Kayantas, the principal, learned his trade from his father. He is a master craftsman with a flawless attention to detail and an impeccable reputation among his customers for his responsiveness . His exterior framing of the new windows is a beautiful thing and has earned him the nickname (in our household) of the "Michaelangelo of Vinyl."

He was competitively priced and showed me other work he had done in the past before I hired him. It was a big job that took around 6 weeks and it turned out wonderfully. He left the house emaculate when he was done each day. He was on top of everything and took great care of our property. He and his helpers showed great workmanship. I even asked him to do a few extra things throughout the job and he never charged me for them. I was extremely happy with the services.

Jimmy was the only one of four contractors that I obtained quotes from who not only provides the quote, but also does the entire job himself with one long time assistant.His work was superior. He actually takes pride in the end product. Jimmy did additional extras as he performed the job, such as replacing bad wood, replacing soffit coverings, moving a fence post that was too close to the house, etc. When I mentioned that I know I owe him more money for this, he just commented "don't worry about it." (When was the last time you heard a contractor say that???) He also water proofed my two chimney's for free and worked around Carpenter bees (they don't sting but are annoying) and yellow jackets that had set up a nest in my ceder shakes (he actually got stung twice; "not to worry" he said). It is truly rare that you find a contractor of this caliber who, by the way was the most reasonable on price (less overhead than other contractors). I actually gave him $1,000 extra for his work.

They were very neat, reliable, and weren't too expensive.

THEY ARE THE PERFECT FATHER AND SON TEAM. THEY DID GREAT WORK. I NEVER HAD TO POINT OUT ANY PROBLEMS BECAUSE HE ALWAYS HAD THEM NOTED AND/OR FIXED. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
