With all the recent snow and cold temperatures I hit a frozen snow pile in a parking lot and damaged the front bumper and broke the driver's side fog light. I brought it into Masters. They were in my neighborhood for years and are always busy so I figured they would have a lot of experience.
I worked with Tom, who offered a couple of solutions. They could rework the existing bumper and somehow reinstall the broken fog light (the light itself was working, it was the mount that broke) for a less expensive cost, or they could replace the bumper with all new parts that included the fog light complete with mount for a reasonable cost.
I opted for the full replacement because the car is in great shape with low mileage and I wanted it back to original condition. If the car was older or had other damage I would have been comfortable with the alternate repair.
Looking at their operation, there was no doubt that the quality was there. The guys all looked professional, the shop was clean, and the repairs they were doing looked outstanding.
Tom ordered the parts and I waited a couple of days. He called to let me know they were in and said it would be about a half day's work. I went in on a Saturday morning, about 9 am and he was done by 1 pm. The car came out great! Looked like its original condition, color, fit and finish perfect!. The car was completely washed, interior generally cleaned (vacuumed and wiped down) and even power washed areas within the engine compartment.
I highly recommend Masters and I'm very satisfied with the service Tom provided. He made the whole process simple.
