Good quality carpet in area destroyed by  burst pipes.  Manager was very pleasant and solved our flooring problem.  My only complaint is that the carpet was not stretched properly.  Had to come back.  Still have problem with loose carpet.

They said that they will take out the old carpet and replace it but they did not do that , this is my biggest complain. In store before the sale they were helpful and gave me information just to bail not the information that I actually need. They used a third party for the install and they did the great job, I am happy with them. They took a long time when I went in to complain and in the end they did not help me. The installer were great, I give them 'A' grade. For professionalism I will give 'D' for store staff but 'A' for installers.

They had to re-order first order because the first order storm door package was open and our installer (private) refused to take it.

The manager of the door dept. then looked over the first exterior door  and he said that he didn't like the look of it so that too was re-ordered. Both were in in a few days and our installer picked them both up. They are both fine.

The kitchen came out fine but the maytag refrigerator stopped working in April of 2014 and could not be fixed. I think a refrigerator should work for more than 7 years.

It was a bizarre. They had were poor work ethnics and I used another service provider.

Home Depot subcontracted out for cabinets and counter top.
I ordered two cabinets with glass doors and mullions (wooden grids) in April. Cabinets were to be replaced since I was going from white to wood tone.
During installation at the end of May I was told I wasn't getting the glass doors with mullions. They didn't make them! My cabinets were already torn out.
Many phone calls to get what I ordered to no avail. I compromised.
Cabinet doors not hung correctly, pull out drawers collapsed when groceries/ pots put on them / Lazy susan no longer spinned when doors were installed/ replaced with Lazy Susan half the size!/ Drawer fronts not made the right size/ handles hung crooked/customized cabinet doors not made same as other cabinets. and more (11 pages of problems)
Many letters and phone calls to corporate and local. Only started to get some results after complaint to BBB.
Home Depot refunded some money after BBB and my lawyers letters.

The contractors I got through Home Depot - E Meadow turned out very well. I have no complaints at all. If you purchase blinds from Home Depot and get them installed in their house, that's the way it goes, they hire a firm to install them. They didn't have the exact fit, so they came back and fixed it. I got another estimate for this job and the other estimate was much higher.

They were very communicative and clearly explained my options. Nobody pushed me to buy anything. We needed the flooring done and they seemed to not have had any professional tilers in the area, so they actually paid for a young fellow come from Home Depot of Arizona, who by himself tiled the whole lower floor of the house. He was an amazing hard worker.

The price was very good and everything turned out okay. They used private contractors to do the work. I saved thousands of dollars over another company. I had no complaints.

I would use them again.

THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB ON MY KITCHEN FLOOR. THE KITCHEN LOOKS LIKE WE LIVE IN A MINI MANSION. THE WORKERS WORKED HARD AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN THREE DAYS.
