It is my pleasure to recommend Chris Mingacci of High End Interiors, LLC.  I hired Chris
to paint my apartment, which had not been painted in over ten years and needed extensive work
to repair the ceilings and walls.  His quote was beyond fair and even when I picked out the wrong paint color and then requested additional work like grouting the bathroom, it did not bump up the estimate dramatically.

Chris and his assistant, Vinny are the utmost professionals and a pleasure to work with.  I happen to work from home and needed wifi and a space to work during the paint job, and they understood completely.  Their communication about what room they would be working in every day and exactly what they would be doing made this project stress free.

I was also quite impressed with Chris’s knowledge of difficult co-op board rules, insurance requirements and their various
requests.  Chris completed and shared all necessary paperwork in a timely manner and with a lot of patience, therefore
getting the job approved by the board was an easy process.   

Most importantly, I am delighted with the final product in which Chris was instrumental in delivering.  My apartment looks fabulous! 

Chris is a rare find, he is honest, punctual and his work is exceptional.
