COMPLETE BASEMENT SYSTEMS

After a thorough examination, Dan determined that the problem was from our heating system, thereby a plumbing problem, and not something Complete Basement Systems could help with.  My husband and I were very impressed with Dan's knowledge, professionalism and most importantly, his honesty.  We had gotten a  estimate from another contractor, who did not do the thorough examination that Dan did, and was just interested in "waterproofing" which involved digging a trench; installing drains and pumps, none of which we needed.  Our leak is now fixed and the water problem solved, thanks to Dan.

The work I had done was completed just a couple months before hurricane Sandy. The work Complete Basement (CBS) did prevented damage in my basement as a result of Hurricane Sandy. It really saved the day. I gathered estimates from three different companies before deciding to go with CBS. I felt CBS was the most honest and thorough of the companies and that is why I chose them. I was not disappointed. CBS said upfront they couldn't guarantee no leaks in the future but really felt their work would solve the problem. They were very thorough, professional, and left my basement even cleaner than before they came. Since they completed the work, I haven't had a single leak in my basement, even with Hurricane Sandy. I also appreciate that they follow up with me each year to thoroughly inspect my basement as a proactive measure. I can't say enough good things about CBS and I have highly recommended them to many other people in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.

Contacted the company on October 16, 2013 seeking information on estimate and was told they would contact their representative Daniel to see what was going on and get back to me. As of Friday, October 18, 2013 I have received no response from Complete Basement Systems. Would never use this Company.
