They went over and above the call of duty, in the sense that when they sold me the battery, they said free installation, but they didn't realize how difficult it is to get to the battery in my car. There's cross beams and other things that have to be removed, in order to do that. So what they did is they called another mechanic to come in and do the job, to finish off the job. That was over and above the call of duty. That made a nice impression upon me. They weren't able themselves to install the battery I was buying, but they actually called another mechanic to do it and I wasn't really charged for it. They're conscientious. I have no complaints against them. Their prices seem decent.

They seemed nice and their prices were very good. They were having problems with my particular car. They went over and beyond what I expected. They actually hired somebody else to actually install the battery in the car. There is a beam in my car that had to be taken out to install the battery. They went over and above in doing that and they didn't have to do it. I was favorably impressed.
