SOUTH SHORE POOLS

Phil was great from South Shore Pools. He showed up on time and when he was supposed to. The price was extremely reasonable and he got my pool equipment up and running. I would definitely hire him again for my pool needs.

South Shore Pools did a good job of closing my pool.  They were very professional and did a good job.  Here's the problem.  They give you a week when they are coming, but refuse to give you a day.  My pool was ready to be closed for more than a week, with leaves and acorns falling into the water (no pool company vacuums the pool anymore).  No one came all week, so on Friday morning I called.  They told me that the men were coming that afternoon.  Apparently, West Babylon is last on their list, because they didn't show up until four o'clock!  When I used them to open the pool, the same thing happened-last on the list!  I have never before dealt with a pool company they wouldn't tell me what day they were coming!

My experience with South Shore was by far the most positive I have ever had with a contractor.  Joe & Patti went over everything step by step and there were no surprises.  From our first meeting with Joe he was extremely accessible by text and cell phone. everyone at South Shore was very patient and helpful. The pool was installed and it looks amazing. Paul was very meticulous with his work and did a fantastic job.  Also this was the only pool company that did not speak negatively about other pool companies.

Last fall I found that my pool had sprung a leak and most of the water was gone. I called my pool srvice company several time with no response. I reached out to South Shore Pools and related my problem to them. They responded immediately, found the leak, had me fill the pool so that it would not cave in during the winter. Because they were so attentive to my needs I decided to have them replace my liner in the spring. A few weeks ago they they installed a new pool liner and it turned out to be the wrong size. ( Not there fault ) They promised to have a new one made and have it installed as soon as possible. I have to say they kept ther word. They had my pool up and running before the date they had promised. I found them to be very professional and attentive to my needs. They are now my new pool service company.

Can't say enough great things about them. They are professional, responsive and know their pools. We have used them for supplies and service now. They came to close our ingroud pool which has a tricky loop lock cover, they put the cover on correctly, which we have tried 3 other pool companies in the past, all had to come back because the put the cover on incorrectly or broke something in the process. Ruth is a pleasure to speak to on the phone. We will only call them going forward.

They're very reputable, very on-time and are very good providers.
