We love Pooch Pad. They do a wonderful job. Our dog isn't the most cooperative and they are wonderful with him. He smells wonderful when he leaves Pooch Pad!

I have been going to pooch pad for about 10 years. They have always treated my dog with kindness and consideration,and they have treated me with friendliness and respect. After about 5 years,it occurred to me that the price had stayed the same as when I started,so I asked what the going rate was for a dog like mine,and they said about $10 more than they were charging me.They said I was a good customer and they didn't want to ask me for more money. I never had anything like that happen to me,and I was very pleased. Of course I paid the new rate,because they earn every penny.My dog is groomed beautifully and I would recommend pooch pad to anyone and everyone!

I have used the Pooch Pad for years. Excellent service. Maddie and her team are the kindest people. They treat animals very well. I never worry when my dog is there. Don't worry when you leave your pet there. they are in good hands.

They did a good job. My little dog was scared and they comforted him. They did exactly what I asked for.Wash, cut, nail clipping, ear cleaning. He came out with a cute little Halloween handkerchief and smelled great. They were able to accommodate my appt. on short notice and the price was VERY reasonable compared to some of the local chain pet stores.

Maddy is absolutely terrific. I mean she is just wonderful and very good at what she does. She does an excellent job. The Pooch Pad has just moved to a new location recently so the environment is absolutely spotless. She does get busy so you have to call ahead of time to get an appointment. My dog came out of here looking absolutely beautiful. I mean gorgeous. Maddy is also very good with the dogs. She is not mean or brutal towards them. I had people like that before and she is not one of them.
