They took my money but did not even clean my chimney ii did not hire them to do the repair work and I would never recommend them to anyone they basically took my money but did not do the work . Please stop using them they basically charged me 89.00 to clean my chimney took a 100.00 did not give my change or for that matter did not clean my chimney.

Very organized and professional service. The scheduling/front office team was kind, timely, and helpful. The fireplace/chimney professional was very knowledgeable and did a thorough examination of our chimney and fireplace with suggestions for repair and maintenance. Fair pricing.

The experience was 5 stars in terms of a chimney inspection, customer service and technicians were very professional. My only complaint was that I was not informed in advanced that using a credit card came with a 3% charge in advance. Payment is taken at the point of inspection and had I known I would have brought a check. Secondly the estimate for repair came in very high so I will investigate other companies. Should the estimate be fair, I would use this company.

Communication before the appointment was excellent. Their explanation of what we needed done was very clear and thorough.

They appear to have done a fine job cleaning the chimney. We had problems getting scheduled: they cancelled the first appointment, told us we would be the first stop on the rescheduled day, then said they will come between 1pm and 4pm the day before, eventually showing up at 5:30pm.

Maria from Paramount called me promptly to schedule for the next business day after a snow storm. The technicians that arrived at my home were courteous, professional, honest,and very RESPECTFUL! They took photos and explained what I needed done right away and what I needed done in the spring/ summer. The job was completed in no time at a fair price. I had a new cap installed I would definitely recommend Paramount too anyone in need of Chimney services!

Team was very clean and efficient while performing a routine chimney cleaning. They did make a few recommendations for additional work but I elected to wait. There was never any pressure to buy the additional services. Very professional outfit and I would use them again.

I hired paramount Chimney after speaking with 5 companies. I had chimney inspection, new cap placed on furnace chimney top and new cap with chain damper placed on fireplace chimney top. The office staff ( Maria and Bridgette) kept me informed. Confirmed the appointment the day before and notified when they would arrive on day of service. They (Andrew and Omar) arrived on time, were respectful, explaining every step and gave me time to ask questions. I felt comfortable with their pricing and they were very competitive for the price of inspection and cleaning.

They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Explained everything that they were doing. Very nice and quite affordable compared to other companies that quoted us.
