Paramount Chimney & Gutter Corp.

Have 2 fireplaces with 1 chimney. I think they said it would be about $150 per flue ($300) to do a chimney cleaning. Seemed like a lot given that the fireplaces were already pretty clean. I also wanted them to give me an estimate to repair the chimney, which needs to be pointed. Made an appointment about a week in advance for 10AM - 2PM window. They called a couple days later to reschedule it for later same day, between 1PM and 4PM. Heard nothing until 3:30 the day of the appointment, she said the techs couldn't get to it today and wanted to reschedule. I wasted my afternoon so I told her to cancel altogether, I'll find someone else.
