Never showed or got back to us when he said he would.

Vincent Mani responded to my Angie's List email quickly and came out to estimate the cost of work. He quickly understood what I needed to be done and developed a detailed proposal. The men who did the yard cleanup were very hardworking. They accomplished all of the agreed upon work and even did a few extra things that I needed help with. The yard looked great when they were finished. I would recommend Mani's without hesitation.

Steve was the first to come to our house & look at the job. He asked me exactly what I wanted done. My request was for all flower beds to be cleaned of last year’s leaves & spent perennials & weeded; shrubs in the flower beds pruned, & all debris removed. He gave me a written estimate of what the clean-up would cost which included all of the above plus mowing & edging the lawn & blowing all surfaces (including walkways & driveway) clean. He seemed very knowledgeable & verified which shrubs could not be pruned now. I proceeded to get 2 more estimates (I always get 3). Other landscapers would clean, but not prune, prune but not weed, etc. His was the highest estimate but it contained a number of extra things. He arrived on time with 3 workers and proceeded to give them direction. In two hours my yard looked like a “Better Homes & Gardens” yard. We were extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely use him again.

Amazing work! Dealt directly with the owner who was on site both days. Workers were hard working and professional. Removed and replaced existing scrubs. The end result is beautiful! I am very satisfied and will recommend this company.

FANTASTIC! We had a previous landscaper who sold the business to someone who was not very experienced and damaged our property, We called MANI and Steve and Jeff who listened to our concerns and addressed them. They responded to our calls and followed up quickly and with great suggestions and a great plan. They then executed the plan perfectly with great clean-up and in a timely fashion. It was like having someone do a job who treated your house as though it was theirs. Recommend them very highly.

The lawn restoration, clean up and mulch installation went very well. I could tell from my interactions with Vincent that he was knowledgeable, professional and honest. His crew showed up when expected and they did a complete and thorough job. They cleaned up the entire yard and even the driveway and walkway. I would hire them again. Thanks!

This is the 3rd year I have hired Mani Landscapers to maintain my lawn.  They come every week and the guys work fast and thorough and leave the yard looking great. They weed wack and clean up and take all the clippings with them. They are very professional and if I have any questions I can reach Steve by phone and he will get back to me.  I used to do all the yard work myself but since I've let Mani take care of my yard, I can enjoy gardening without all the drudgery work.

All the work done on my property shows pride in their work.

Upon our first meeting with Mani Landscape we discussed the overall landscape design we were looking for. Within 2 weeks Vinnie provided us with a detailed sketch of the front and back yards in which he addressed all of our needs. The work began shortly thereafter by Vinnie and his very attentive professional crew. They were punctual and took pride in their work, making sure everything was cleaned up at days end and ready for the next days work.  Once the work was completed Vinnie called and even dropped by to see how well the sod and plants were doing. I couldn't have asked for a more honest landscaping company and would highly recommend them to others.
