Kenneth from JKL Construction, Inc. did such an amazing job remodeling our kitchen and living room that we hired him again to rip down our old deck and build a brand new one. Once again, he was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He offered ideas how we could put the staircase off to the side and really maximize the space on the deck. His work was beautiful and we couldn?t be happier with the results! We decided to hire him a third time to remodel the front of our house so check out those pictures to see the incredible transformation, as well as the pictures of the gorgeous kitchen he created for us!

Kenneth was amazing to say the least! From the moment we first sat down with him for an estimate, he was professional, polite, & extremely knowledgeable, all the way until the completion of the job. We explained to him that we wanted to update our old kitchen & he offered great suggestions of how we could improve & better maximize our space such as taking down the wall separating the kitchen from living room to create an open concept & allow better air flow through the house, move the back door from the right side to the left to get the best use of the longer wall & allowing for more counter space, & suggesting putting in a toe-kick heater to warm the floor when I expressed how my feet are freezing during the winter. He returned w/ a computer model of what our new kitchen would look like & checked in w/us throughout the build. We were so impressed w/our new kitchen/living room that we also hired him to build our deck & remodel the front of our house so check out those pics too! ???

Can not recommend Ken and his crew, enough! He was not only punctual and professional but the work he did was absolutely impeccable. Truly talented. I feel guilty I am just getting around to writing this review, but with end-of-summer gatherings, we have been enjoying his product so much! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!

The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the work. They were respectful of my home, keeping the site clean and organized throughout the project. Communication was excellent ? I was always kept in the loop, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The project was completed on time and within budget, which is something that?s often hard to find in this industry. I highly recommend JKL Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor. They exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be working with them again for future projects!

No job is too small or big!

Some of the work he did well, slip coating walls was great, clean up was bad. Floors were subcontracted and were great. Other issues were about material and workmanship on paneling that was put on one wall.

I can't have him back in my home. He misrepresented material that was installed on a wall. He told me exterior siding was shiplap and stupidly I believed him. He did poor cutting around electrical outlet. The skid coating was great except he had to come back at my request to clean up the drips on the trim and floor. Nothing was hung in doorways to keep sanding dust contained in the room being worked on and he reimbursed me for cleaning the dust that permeated the whole house.

I had a kitchen remodel. The owner makes promises he doesn?t keep. Left without finishing, still waiting for a cabinet, plus other last minute finishing that needed to be done. Poor workmanship. I had to have another contractor do work he didn?t or did poorly. Sink is still leaking over a week since he left. I wouldn?t recommend him at all.

Very professional and always winning to go the extra mile to give you everything you need

They are fabulous workers, they are constantly moving and complete a lot of work in one day. Very knowledgeable about everything and considerate. I think "Property Brothers" would have a tough time competing against them. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done.

Honest, fast, & hard working! Decided to hire for siding & roof job. Highly recommend.
